About to ICNNCS 2026
The 2026 International Conference on Intelligent Control, Neural Networks, and Computer Science (ICNNCS 2026) will be grandly held in Wuhan, China. The conference will focus on the frontier interdisciplinary fields of intelligent control, neural networks, and computer science, bringing together global experts, scholars, researchers, and industry representatives to conduct in-depth exchanges on hot topics such as deep learning and reinforcement learning, brain-inspired intelligence, edge computing, intelligent robots, the application of large models in control systems, explainable AI, and industrial intelligence. As a national pilot zone for artificial intelligence innovation and development and a key technology hub in central China, Wuhan boasts abundant scientific and educational resources and a well-established digital industry ecosystem, providing strong support for the research and application of intelligent systems. ICNNCS 2026 will promote theoretical breakthroughs and technology implementation through keynote speeches, thematic forums, paper presentations, and industry-academia-research collaboration. Accepted papers will be recommended for EI/Scopus indexing and publication. We sincerely invite colleagues from around the world to actively participate in the conference, jointly explore the new boundaries of intelligent technology, and jointly map out a new future of human-machine collaboration!

All full paper submissions to the ICNNCS 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of ICNNCS 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to csic@sub-paper.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
